Hi, my name is Dannielle and I’m a passionate designer that loves to find the beauty in the world.
I’m a dreamer and a doer. I like to find an idea and see if I can make it work. I make lots of mistakes and I am the first to admit that sometimes my ideas are overly ambitious (moving halfway across the world with only one suitcase is just one of them). I do like to try to make the world a better place in a small but deliberate way and I think that a little bit of kindness never hurt anyone.
Travelling is a passion of mine and something that I’m making a bigger part of my life. I also love to capture the world through my camera, but I don’t consider myself a photographer – just a girl that likes to take photos. I am inspired by people who make their dreams come true and who want to change the world as well as the colours of spring and autumn and the weather they bring.
This blog is about sharing my journey through my life, good and bad. It is part diary and part inspiration. I love pretty things and will be sharing what I find along with stories I have to share. I hope you’ll join me on the journey.
I love to write in a way that is true. Sometimes it’s awkward and uncomfortable, and sometimes it’s funny and lovable. I aim to be who I am on this blog and I am all of those things. Life for me is about living intentionally and making the most of my time here on this planet. Sometimes I care too much, sometimes I’m too frivolous. I want to make big decisions and see where they take me.
You only get one shot at this life, so I’m going to have fun and open my heart to to possibilities that a big adventurous life brings, no matter how that scares me.
From January, 2013, I will be sharing my move from Australia to Canada and my move from comfort zone to anything but. It’s bound to be scary, fun, exhilarating, and all things in between. Feel free to join me here, and let me know, I love a good chat.
