An Opportunity for You
I have been working really hard for a while now to find a product that I can offer to you that works to my strengths and that has the best outcome for you too.

I love the handmade community, I love to help and if you haven’t noticed I also love to talk.
I have decided to combine those 3 things into my new products.
I am going to be offering you, the handmade and creative community, one-on-one consulting.
I feel that it is the next step for me and I will be offering it as a few different options on a few different topics.
To begin with I will be consulting on finding a direction for your blog or your business and general brainstorming sessions. I know that there are a lot of you out there who get stuck trying to get to the next step in your planning and in creating action.
Here’s the part where there’s something in it for you, and you will be helping me too!
I am offering 8 1/2 hour consulting sessions FREE this week (Feb 1-4) , to the first 8 people who pick a time from the list below and comment here (or email me). I will update the list as they are taken. (sorry, google calendar is not working so if you booked with that please let me know!)

Who is on Your Side?
Today’s post is going to be a little different from the usual Monday goodness, but I think it’s still very important.
I have been reminded recently that ‘making it in a handmade world’ is outside the norm. People around you will not understand what you are doing, from the general public to the bank managers. They will think you are mad and many are waiting for you to fall on your face to say ‘I told you so’.

This is a fact. A sucky one. But a fact none the less.
I don’t think that it is a reason to throw your hands in the air and give it all up. As a creative and one who focusses on handmade you are breaking the mould. Yep, you. People don’t like mould breakers, it makes them feel like they are not enough or that you are interfering with the system. People like conformity, they like queues and in and out doors. They like predictable.
But you’re not. Just by the very nature of what you are doing: creating handmade goods, writing a creative blog, making your life suit you. You are different.
Be a February Sponsor
If you’re looking for an affordable way to promote your blog, website or shop, then I have an opportunity for you.

I’m offering 1 month spots at $10 and $25 for 3 months. The 3 month sponsors will also get a sponsor interview that relates to the blog.
If you’re interested please email me or you can tweet me if that suits you better.
